Wow how time flies!!

Can't believe this much time has past since the last blog. I knew I would be challenged in this blog world. But I am willing to try. Tonite we started something new in our neighborhood outreach. We started 'The Loft and Beyond'. A event for Senior High students in the neighborhood and other how want to be challenged to in life. This event is similar to our 'On the Road' last fall. Some nites we will stay at the loft but most nites we will be out beyond the Loft taking life experiences that will increase students awareness the needs around them. Last year we did a rake and run, helped with Operational Carelift and much more. What a great start. We took our 15 passenger van thru out the neighborhood and knocked on the Senior highers doors and invited them to 'The Loft and Beyond' handed them a flier. We were able to take one with us. We had a total of 14 including Blake Craft and Julie and I as leaders. The kids loved the time at Buchmiller Park playing ultimate frisbee and football. We returned to the Loft and for a soda and a brief truth time about martyrs as heroes because they believed the Truth, Jesus. Wow, God blessed!!
