Wow and Why? The fall schedule started and Wow and God is amazing but sitting down and blogging when bills have to be paid and fliers need to be made and lessons must be prepared and events planned for etc. So silence on the blog but not in real life. It is just a challenge to 'juggle' and keep all the balls in the air. I am confident that the important ones are staying up most of the time. God is so patient and forgiving and creative and the supplier of all. He is so wonderful. Catch the words to this song
'Out of the Depth'.
Words and music by Bob Kauflin
As recorded on Psalms
Out of the depths,
O Lord, I cry to You
When I am tempted to despair
Though I might fail to trust Your promises
You never fail to hear my prayer
And if You judged my sin
I’d never stand again
But I see mercy in Your hands
So more than watchmen for the morning
I will wait for You, my God
When my fears come with no warning
In Your Word I’ll put my trust
When the harvest time is over and I still see no fruit
I will wait, I will wait for You
The secret mysteries belong to You
We only know what You reveal
And all my questions that are unresolved
Don’t change the wisdom of Your will
In every trial and loss
My hope is in the cross
Where Your compassions never fail

The Lord does hear our cry as we put our trust in Him. Stay focused on Jesus the author and perfecter of the faith, Hebrews 12:2. As I was driving home from church today, after singing the above song, and after a bout of discouragement the past week and after being with God's people, God encouraged me with the song on WJTL, 'God of this City' (click on the song and hear it on UTube). Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the living Word and His written word is a must!!!!!!!!!!
